In this opinion we hold that a law firms acceptance of a clients assignment of the beneficial interest of a deed of trust, intended to secure payment of attorneys fees in a lawsuit concerning the promissory note secured by that deed of trust, does not violate the Arizona Supreme Courts ethical rules. We therefore reverse the superior courts judgment refusing to enforce the assignment.
